Bridge Hospice Opening New Bowling Green Facility
Bridge Hospice will open an inpatient hospice care center on the Heritage Corner Health Care Campus, 1069 Klotz Road, Bowling Green. The inpatient hospice care center will assist patients in managing symptoms related to their terminal illness and provide respite care.
The new hospice care center will include eight private patient rooms, a family gathering room, meditation room, children’s playroom, tub/spa room, three seasons’ room and courtyard.
“We are excited to be wrapping up construction on our new inpatient hospice center in Bowling Green,” said Cindy Ohms, director of Bridge Hospice. "Bridge Hospice has been serving Wood County for over 18 years and saw a distinct need for inpatient hospice services close to home. We are proud to be able to provide this care for Bowling Green and the surrounding communities.”
The new Bridge Hospice Care Center is planned to open in September.
