The services offered through Woman Wise are specifically designed for women. We are dedicated to meeting your every breast care need. Fully staffed by women, Woman Wise offers the personal attention necessary to put you at ease, as well as up-to-date health information and education. Our staff is also specially trained in mammography services. In addition, our mammography services are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
Bone Mineral Density Testing
The most accurate way to measure the thickness or density of your bones is a bone density test. This quick, simple and painless test can detect osteoporosis before a fracture occurs and can predict your risk for future fractures.
FACT: 50% of women and 25% of men over the age of 50 will have an osteoporosis-related fracture at least once in their lifetime.
