Your doctor's office can call to set up an appointment for you, or you can call and schedule your own.
To set up an appointment, call BVHS Central Scheduling at 419.423.5323, M-F, 8am - 5:30pm.
In the past at Blanchard Valley Hospital, emergency imaging patients took priority over those with scheduled appointments. EasternWoods Outpatient Center caters specifically to the needs of our outpatients, decreasing wait times.
In addition, Woman Wise Mammography has outgrown their space at Blanchard Valley Hospital, performing more than 10,000 mammograms each year. Woman Wise Mammography is now located at EasternWoods Outpatient Center to accommodate the growing number of women reaching screening age in our community.

EasternWoods Outpatient Center is located in the EasternWoods campus in Findlay, close to Birchaven Village, Blanchard Valley Regional Cancer Center, and EasternWoods Family Practice.
