CPR/First Aid Certification - American Heart Association.
This certification is good for two years, it is FREE for all Explorers! Our instructors are Medical Explorer advisors, Dave Maroscher (BVH Ameican Heart Association Coordinator) and Christine Paul (BVH Training Coordinator). If you are already CPR certified, please attend as there will also be additional training related to child abuse - recognizing signs and symptoms.
The training will be held at Blanchard Valley Hospital in the Center for Diagnostic Studies (CDS) classrooms. Enter CDS from the PEARL STREET entrance and take the elevator to the 3rd floor of CDS. Exit the elevator and turn left, the classrooms are at the very end of the hall. There will be signage to direct you as well as Explorer advisors.
