All bereavement services provided through Bridge Home Health & Hospice are free and available to anyone in Hancock, Wood, Seneca, Putnam, Hardin, Allen, Sandusky, Henry and Wyandot counties.

Bereavement services are available for all ages.

Our goal at Bridge Bereavement Services is to offer support to meet people where they are in their journey through grief.  We want to be present with the griever and offer hope in a non-judgemental way.  If you have questions or would like more details about our bereavement services, please call the Bridge Office in you area.
