Bridge Living Through Loss Program in Bowling Green
Bridge Home Health & Hospice is offering its second annual “Living Through Loss” educational series beginning October 16. The eight-month series will focus on the issues surrounding the death of a loved one. Sessions will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Heritage Corner Healthcare Campus in the Georgian Room, 1069 Klotz Rd., Bowling Green. Dates and topics include:
October 16: “The Journey Through Grief: What to Expect Along the Way”
November 20: “Facing the Holidays After a Loss”
December 18: “Family Dynamics of Grief”
January 15: “Understanding Depression in Grief”
February 19: “The Food and Mood Connection”
March 19: “Moving Through Grief”
April 16: “Grief and Tough Topics”
May 21: “Healing and Reconciliation”
Most presentations will be followed by a professionally facilitated group discussion. Participation in the group discussion is optional.
