Dr. Jeffrey Burnell Becomes Part of Team at Putnam County Primary Care Ottawa


Blanchard Valley Health System is pleased to announce that Dr. Jeffrey Burnell, a family physician, has joined Putnam County Primary Care, a division of the health system.

Dr. Burnell earned a bachelor of science degree in neuroscience at Central Michigan University (Mount Pleasant, Michigan), where he also earned a master of science degree in biology/immunology. He received his medical degree at Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine (East Lansing, Michigan). Dr. Burnell completed his family medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania). He earned his primary care sports medicine fellowship at ProMedica Sports Care (Toledo, Ohio).

“I’m very excited to become a part of the team at Putnam County Primary Care Ottawa,” said Dr. Burnell. “I look forward to getting to know the community and its members, as well as providing primary care needs to those within the area.”
