“Live & Learn” to focus on “How a Cath Lab Saves Lives”


Blanchard Valley Health System will host a “Live & Learn” educational presentation on Wednesday, May 15, focusing on “How a Cath Lab Saves Lives.” This is a spotlight for some of the life-saving services provided by the Jane & Gary Heminger HeartCare Center, a division of BVHS.

The presenters will be Dr. Bill Kose, vice president of special projects for BVHS, Brittany Swiecicki, RN, BSN, cardiovascular services manager, and Doug Neal, RN, catherization lab supervisor. This trio will discuss the importance of having a local quality cardiac catherization lab and what it means for our community.

The presentation will be held from noon to 12:30 p.m. on the BVHS Facebook page.
