Blanchard Valley Health System is pleased to share essential updates for Neurosurgical
Associates of Northwest Ohio and Neurology Specialists of Northwest Ohio, effective this fall. These changes reflect our continued commitment to making specialty care more convenient while maintaining the high level of service our patients have come to expect.
Beginning September 2, 2025, Neurosurgical Associates of Northwest Ohio will see patients at Wellness Park at 3401 Wellness Way in Findlay. This move brings neurosurgery services to Wellness Park for the first time, expanding access to specialty care at this growing location. Patients may continue to contact the office at 419.420.7304, ensuring a seamless transition.
“Incorporating neurosurgery into Wellness Park is truly about putting the patient first and honoring our commitment to the community to ensure quality healthcare for those we serve,” said Jenn Reese, BSH, MBA, Director of the Musculoskeletal Service. “Wellness Park is the perfect location for our neurosurgery services. This innovative campus showcases primary and specialty care in one location, rehabilitation services, an on-site lab, and x-ray. It is ideal for patients who want their care in one convenient setting.”
Neurosurgical Associates of Northwest Ohio will also become available at the BVMP Specialty Clinic in Bluffton. Inyang Udo-Inyang, MD, a physician who offers specialized spine services, will begin seeing patients in Bluffton in late October, further enhancing access to advanced neurosurgical care in the region.
Neurology Specialists of Northwest Ohio will continue serving patients at its Lake Cascades and Ottawa offices. These offices are not moving, and there will be no changes to the neurology services offered. From a patient perspective, nothing about the experience of receiving care will change. The updates involve only the practice name, phone, and fax numbers. Patients may reach the Lake Cascades office at 419.420.8481.
BVHS assures patients that these updates are designed to strengthen access to care. Neurosurgical Associates and Neurology Specialists of Northwest Ohio remain dedicated to providing expert, compassionate care for the community, and these changes will allow both practices to continue serving patients effectively and conveniently.
