Northwest Ohio Breast Health Project
Free Screening Mammograms!
Thanks to a grant from the Northwest Ohio Affiliate of Susan G. Komen, EasternWoods Outpatient Center and Bluffton Hospital are able to provide free screening mammograms to low and middle income women and men through a program called the Northwest Ohio Breast Health Project. These mammograms are available to those in Susan G. Komen’s 24-county service area in Northwest Ohio.
You may be eligible for a free screening mammogram through the Northwest Ohio Breast Health Project if you are between the ages of 40 and 64 (or high risk per a physician’s order if under age 40) and you meet the following qualifications:
- Household income of no more than 300 percent of the federal poverty guidelines as determined by the income from any adult living in the home and contributing to household expenses
- Have private health insurance with an individual deductible of at least $200 or no health insurance
