As a primary care provider, North Baltimore Medical & Diagnostic Center – Family Practice offers preventative care, wellness visits, health screenings, vaccinations, guidance with medication adherence, and chronic disease management.
Our providers treat conditions including respiratory illness, diabetes, gastrointestinal and urologic conditions, dermatology, depression and anxiety, sore throats, ear infections, strains, and other injuries.
We focus on prevention and wellness, and we work with our patients to not only promote long-term health but improve their day-to-day quality of life. We can connect patients with health coaching and ensure that they get needed screenings on schedule. We are here to educate, and we offer the expertise to address the unique medical needs patients may face at any stage of life.
