Financial Assistance
Our financial advocates can determine if funding sources are available to help patients who are uninsured and/or underinsured. Patients who do not have the means to pay for necessary health care services can apply for this assistance through Blanchard Valley Health System’s Financial Advocacy Programs. Payment in Full
Patients may pay accounts in full by cash, money order, checks or credit cards. We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. A Prompt Pay discount is also available if the payment is received within 15 days of the first statement. You must call our Business Office at 419.423.5310 to find out if you are eligible for the Prompt Pay discount.
Six Month Payment Plan
A six (6) month, interest free payment option will be offered to patients who cannot make payment in full or do not qualify for financial assistance. Please call our Business Office at 419.423.5310 to set up a payment arrangement.
Bank Financing Program
Patients will also be offered the opportunity to participate in the Bank Financing Program as an extended payment plan option. These payment plans are offered through Western Alliance Bank and provide manageable monthly payments designed to fit your monthly budget.
