Blanchard Valley Health System offers a variety of outpatient services in locations that are convenient for you. From laboratory and imaging services in Findlay, Bluffton and beyond to outpatient surgeries, we provide the care you need without a lengthy stay in the hospital. 

Online Self-scheduling

BVHS now offers online self-scheduling for mammography, urgent care, primary, and pediatric care appointments. Quick access to online scheduling services 

Patient Scheduling Outpatient Procedures or Tests

If you have an outpatient procedure or test, you may need to schedule the date and time by calling our Patient Access team. If your physician has already scheduled you for an outpatient procedure, pre-registration with BVHS is still needed. We kindly request that all patients pre-register for their procedures, as this helps reduce wait times.
