Blanchard Valley Hospital Anticoagulation Clinic Announces Name Change and New Location

12.08.2025

Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) is pleased to announce that the Blanchard Valley Hospital Anticoagulation Clinic will officially transition to a new name and location on December 15. The clinic will now be known as the Cardiac Medication Center, reflecting an expanded focus on heart-related medication management and support for overall cardiovascular health.

The Cardiac Medication Center will relocate to a newly updated and convenient space behind Blanchard Valley Hospital. The new address is 1816 Chapel Dr., Suite I, Findlay.

Patients will continue receiving the same high-quality, personalized care from the same clinical team. All scheduled appointments and care plans will remain unchanged, aside from the new location where services will be provided.

“This transition allows us to better align our name and environment with the comprehensive medication management services we provide for cardiac patients,” BJ Pasztor, RN, chief nursing officer and chief operations officer of acute care services at BVHS, shared. “We look forward to welcoming patients to our updated space and continuing the trusted care they rely on.”

Patients who have questions may contact the Cardiac Medication Center at 419.423.5177.
