Putnam County Primary Care - Ottawa Offers Extended Hours

Putnam County Primary Care - Ottawa, a division of Blanchard Valley Health System, now offers extended hours to accommodate patient schedules.

The practice offers appointments from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays.

“We have changed our hours to make healthcare services more convenient for the community,” said Andrea Becker, practice manager. “Our team of skilled providers can provide care for the entire family. The relationships with our patients are very important to us so we can provide personalized, quality care. We are currently accepting new patients.”

Putnam County Primary Care – Ottawa is located within the Ottawa Medical and Diagnostic Center at 1740 N. Perry Street, Ottawa. Also onsite are laboratory and imaging services. Primary care is adjacent to the Blanchard Valley Medical Practices specialty clinic which offers cardiology, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pain management, and podiatry.
