Why choose Bridge Hospice?

  • Bridge Hospice is part of a Blanchard Valley Health System which allows for easier access to care, additional resources and specialists. As well as following the BVHS care model of excellence for every patient.
  • Unique compared to other hospice agencies, Bridge employs three medical directors, board certified in hospice and palliative care.
  • If patients require continuous 24-hour medical care, Bridge Hospice offers inpatient hospice care in Findlay and Bowling Green.
  • Bridge Hospice is a non-profit organization. Which means no one is denied needed care, regardless of ability to pay.
  • Bridge caregivers love what they do! On average our caregivers have been part of the Bridge team more than five years. This means more personal, streamlined care and patients and families are less likely to change caregivers while using Bridge services.
  • Bridge Hospice provides many bereavement programs including one-on-one sessions if needed.
  • Bridge Hospice is accredited by The Joint Commission(TJC), the "Gold Seal of Approval for Home Care Accreditation." The gold seal is a symbol of quality reflecting an organization's commitment to providing safe and effective care. It is received by demonstrating continuous compliance with TJC performance standards.
