With highly trained and experienced staff and providers, Julie A. Cole Rehab & Sports Medicine offers care for both pediatric and adult patients, including women's health services. Our providers are dedicated to your health goals and have low staff-to-patient ratios, meaning we provide more personalized one-on-one care.

Rehabilitation Therapy Appointment Scheduling 

Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional early morning and evening appointments available upon request. Same-day appointments are available for emergent needs.
