About Bridge Home Health & Hospice
Bridge provides a wide range of services in the home including medical social services, skilled nursing and physical, occupational and speech therapy. Blanchard Valley Health System is able to provide inpatient hospice care in Findlay, Bluffton and Bowling Green to make loved ones as comfortable as possible. An interdisciplinary team of trained physicians, nurses, social workers, therapists, aides and volunteers provide palliative care as well as acute pain management to each patient as determined by their specific needs.
Blanchard Valley Health System Inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Unit
The 12-bed unit at Blanchard Valley Hospital is the first in Hancock County. Patients receive a minimum of three hours of physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy five days each week, a more rigorous therapy schedule than a patient might experience in a skilled nursing facility..
Julie Cole Junior Golf Fund
Julie Cole is passionate about supporting aspiring golfers. Hancock County high school golf programs will continue to benefit from proceeds from this year’s event. Coaches have purchased player necessities such as golf tees, golf balls, range finders and new golf bags. These items will be used by current junior high and high school students as well as players for many seasons to come.
